I just have received your email regarding the new company policy on lateness. So, I still have a few questions about that policy.

Firstly, we have been using flexible working hours for a long time. So, Are flexible working hours still allowed? Secondly, in case someone breaks that policy and go to work later than 8:30 a.m. then how is the penalty imposed?

First of all, from the last meeting. We held in the conference room A too. However, there is not enough space for all our staff and it was inconvenient for all. So I think you should change the location of the meeting to the conference ballroom. It is bigger and more convenient.

Also, I am going to be a chairman for the tomorrow meeting. So please, prepare a set of the micro and speaker for me.

Second, a lot of information I requested was missing. Are you really do not know how it is important for me?
